Position: Outside Client Support Representative
This is a remote, home office-based position that includes daily in-person visits to 4–5 clients, 4–5 days per week. The territory covers North Central and Northeast Washington, as well as North Idaho. Ideal candidates will reside within this region—anywhere from Wenatchee, WA to Coeur d'Alene, ID. A company vehicle is provided, and all travel-related expenses are covered.
Compensation: The total compensation package is highly competitive, with a starting salary range of $75,000 – $83,000, depending on experience and readiness to hit the ground running.
About the Role: As a key member of our Outside Client Services Team, this role focuses on strengthening relationships with existing clients while supporting the onboarding of new clients. You’ll act as a bridge between our clients and our internal operations, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients in the assigned territory.
Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries and concerns.
Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction with Interpath’s services.
Collaborate with local Interpath teams and managers to address client needs and resolve issues.
Support the sales team with the onboarding process for new clients.
Communicate regularly with corporate representatives regarding trends and developments in the region.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional weekend hours may be required.
Medical industry experience preferred (e.g., CMA, CNA, phlebotomist, specimen processor, medical lab assistant).
High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
Detail-oriented and accurate, especially in fast-paced environments.
Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with HC1 is a plus).
Ability to quickly learn and use business-specific software as required.
Basic understanding of medical terminology.

Must be able to safely operate a company-assigned vehicle in all conditions, including urban, freeway, and rural routes, as well as during nighttime and inclement weather.
Must be able to enter and exit the vehicle without assistance.
Ability to sit and drive for extended periods—up to 2+ hours continuously.
Capable of loading and unloading the vehicle, which includes frequent bending.
Occasional kneeling, bending, and stooping required for routine vehicle inspections and basic operator-level maintenance.
OSHA Category: This position may involve exposure to blood, body fluids, and/or tissues. Employees performing these duties will be offered the Hepatitis B vaccination series.
