Interpath Laboratory is seeking a sharp, detail-driven Government Contracts Analyst to support and grow our portfolio of federal contracts. Own the review, organization, and oversight of federal contracts (RFPs/RFQs, modifications, and deliverables)
Interpret and apply FAR/DFAR regulations to ensure rock-solid compliance
Partner with legal, finance, and operations teams to optimize contract lifecycles
Act as a key point of contact for government clients and internal leadership
Analyze contract data, identify risks, and support audit-readiness and reporting
Contribute to process improvements that drive speed, accuracy, and value
Help shape the future of how Interpath manages and grows its government contracts business

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in contract management or legal/compliance fields
3+ years of experience in government contract administration, ideally including GSA
Familiarity with FAR/DFAR, solicitation types, and federal acquisition strategy
A strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel – PivotTables/VLOOKUP, PowerPoint)
Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
Experience in clinical laboratories a plus, but not required

This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and filing systems. The role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Some occasional light lifting (up to 15 pounds) may be necessary. The work may be performed on-site or in a hybrid/remote setting, depending on business needs and department policies. Minimal travel may be required for meetings or training.
