Interpath Laboratory is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and people-oriented individual to join our growing team!
The Business Development Representative will be primarily responsible for sales growth within Oregon Territory. Call points include Women’s Health, Oncology, Pathology, Pain Management, Behavior Health, Hospitals and others that need clinical lab, anatomical pathology and have esoteric needs.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of proven sales success within a relevant healthcare or life sciences environment—such as clinical or anatomical laboratories, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical sales.
Consistent top-performer with multiple sales awards and a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in competitive, complex markets.
Established relationships and market insight within the Clinical, Anatomical, and Pathology specialties, with a deep understanding of customer needs and decision-making dynamics.
Proficient in CRM-based pipeline and territory management, with the ability to maintain accurate forecasts and drive disciplined follow-through on opportunities.
Demonstrated success launching new products and driving adoption in evolving or competitive markets.
Skilled at influencing across a matrixed organization, effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% to support client engagement, sales meetings, and regional initiatives.
Ability to successfully complete all required product and sales training within expected timelines.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a business, life science, or healthcare-related field
