We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist/Processor with excellent people skills to enhance our team. This role is an embedded position within a family medicine clinic located in downtown Boise, where you will serve as a key liaison between the lab and clinic staff.
The clinic provides a wide range of care—including pediatrics—so you’ll see patients of all ages. We’re looking for a warm, welcoming individual who enjoys being the friendly face of the clinic, and who is always ready to lend a helping hand. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Pay: Starting at $18/hour, with higher rates for experienced candidates and plenty of room for growth
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:45pm (with 1-hour lunch), plus a rotational half-day on Saturdays

Education & Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
Required:
Minimum of 1 year of on-the-job phlebotomy experience
Specimen processing experience
Preferred:
Pediatric phlebotomy experience
Point of care testing (POCT) experience
Consistent employment history with minimal career gaps
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
