Interpath Labs is expanding into the Midwest and we’re seeking a Cytotechnologist to join our team and play a vital role in detecting disease at the cellular level. This is an opportunity to help get a brand new lab up and running, with amazing administrative support. In this role, you will:
Screen gynecologic and non-gynecologic slides with precision using both standard and computer-assisted microscopy.
Identify abnormal or malignant findings accurately, following Bethesda guidelines.
Ensure quality through departmental procedures, Pap Proficiency testing, and continuous improvement practices.
Participate in research projects, instrument validations, and the integration of new technologies.
Collaborate with pathologists and lab professionals to deliver reliable, timely results.

Pay is between $40 - $55 per hour, comensurate with experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cytotechnology.
Licensure/Certification: ASCP certification or equivalent required.
Experience: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
